Bruce A. Katzen serves as Chair of Kluger Kaplan’s Trust & Estate’s Litigation Practice Group. He is an attorney and an accountant based in Miami, Florida. Mr. Katzen’s law practice handles cases of litigation of probate, trusts, and guardianship disputes as well as commercial and corporate litigation issues. The firm also focusses on matters of accountants’ liability, broker liability, arbitrations involving FINRA rules and regulations, securities, and the capital markets law.
He is passionate about protecting and representing his clients who have experienced financial fraud. Bruce Katzen, with his extensive experience in law and accounting, is able to offer his clients the combination of both trades to pursue their interests in even the most complex cases. Mr. Bruce Katzen graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 1984. He also graduated from Boston University in 1980.
Bruce Katzen also pursued his interest in finance and became a certified public accountant.
